The Person

This position isn’t for the faint hearted as your success is dependent on your ability to deliver. You will be responsible for growing your own customer base and reaping the rewards of having strong networks and excellent relationship management skills.

  • Be an expert at business lending with 5+ years exp (there is nothing average about your lending knowledge)
  • Previous lending exposure in Property/Construction, Working Capital, Asset Finance and Residential Mortgages
  • Be a curious learner and immerse yourself with everything lending
  • Great networks and existing client relationships
  • Can relate and communicate well with business owners
  • Had enough of working for the banks and are keen to do your own thing with the right team, support, marketing and systems required for success

The Role

Working hand in hand with the owners of the business, this position is all about building your own customer base of SME clients, and sharing in its success and growth. Starting at the coal face and working directly with clients and their finance requirements, you will be responsible for client acquisition and maximising client relationships. This role will include:

Business development and sales (both self-sourced and business generated leads)
Client relationship management
Preparation of credit memorandum, financial analysis and deal reviews

The Offering

You eat what you kill! A very attractive opportunity to share in the revenue you generate for the business will see you earning at least $250K+ per year. There are no safety nets here, so you need to be prepared for some lean times for the first few months, but will quickly ramp up as your runs appear on the board.
